We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a charge of 50% of the booked service.

For repeat no-shows, we may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
