Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At Infinity28, every appointment is reserved especially for you. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48 hours or more: Cancel or reschedule free of charge.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 20% of the booked service price may apply.

• Missed appointments (no-shows): A fee of 100% of the booked service price may apply.

• Repeated no-shows: Full payment in advance may be required for future bookings.

Securing Your Appointment

Card confirmation may be required to secure your booking. No payment is taken at confirmation. Payment for your service is collected in the salon after your appointment. Applicable cancellation or no-show fees may still apply.
